Live4 Wellness was born from personal transformation — and a deeply rooted need to reclaim wellness on our own terms. As a mother and daughter team from Prophet River First Nation, we didn’t grow up with trendy supplements or fancy health routines. We grew up with hardship. With the impact of intergenerational trauma. But we also grew up with ancestral wisdom, and a belief that healing is possible when we come back to what’s real — to nature, to nourishment, to community.
Our journey started in the kitchen. What began as a home remedy — a warm lemon, garlic, ginger, onion, cayenne and turmeric drink, sweetened only with honey and dates — became a staple in our lives. This wasn’t just a tonic; it was a ritual of care. It helped us recover from burnout, inflammation, and fatigue, but even more, it reminded us that we were worthy of wellness. Wellness that is pure and real – from nature.
We kept making the blend for our families. Then for friends. Then one day, we realized: this could help so many more people — especially those trying to reconnect with their bodies, their roots, or to a sense of purpose.
That’s when Live4 Wellness came to life.
We launched our flagship product, Resilience LemonAide, as a clean-label powdered blend made from real, whole ingredients — nothing added, nothing artificial, and everything with a purpose. Our blends are made from ingredients known to support immunity, energy, and mental clarity, all while honoring the ancient practices of healing through food.
But this isn’t just about wellness products. It’s about wellness access. With every purchase, a portion of profits goes to our Healing Foundation — a grassroots initiative to fund trauma-informed, culturally grounded spaces where people can recover, reconnect, and rise again.
