Live4 Wellness Return & Refund Policy

At Live4 Wellness, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Products must be sealed, untampered, and in resaleable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@live4wellness.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or shipped to you in error. If this is the case, please contact us at support@live4wellness.ca.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@live4wellness.ca with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to try a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used wellness powders
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or giveaway items
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly)
