Live4 Wellness Shipping Policy
Effective Date: July 24, 2025

At Live4 Wellness, we are committed to getting your clean-label wellness products to you quickly, safely, and affordably. The following Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders placed through our website (www.live4wellness.ca). Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Pre-order or out-of-stock items: You will be notified via email with updated timelines

During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on delivery location, order weight, and shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (Canada):

  • Live4 Wellness only offers Standard shipping
  • Standard (Canada Post/Carrier Partner): 3–9 business days

International Shipping:

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination country
  • Customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and import taxes where applicable

We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. For shipping outside Canada, please contact us prior to ordering if your country is not listed.

3. Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions based on order value or destination. These offers will be clearly communicated at checkout and on promotional materials.

Free shipping offers apply to the subtotal amount before taxes and after discounts.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@live4wellness.ca.

5. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

Live4 Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check your community mailbox, delivery notice, or with neighbours
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • Contact us at support@live4wellness.ca for further assistance

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. Address Accuracy and Delivery Refusals

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will be refunded (less shipping fees) or reshipped at your expense.

Packages refused at delivery or unclaimed at customs are subject to restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges.

7. Local Pickup and Farmers’ Markets

If local pickup is available (e.g., Squamish area or scheduled markets), we will list this as an option at checkout. You will be notified via email when your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your product.
